Hi loves!
As we catapult (that’s how it feels to me…how about you?) toward the end of the year, I want to slow down and offer readings from one of my oracle decks (I’ve got about 10, though not all will travel with me on the 27th).
If we use a sourdough metaphor, I’m offering a single card reading to guide your rise into 2024. We’re in winter, a time of rest and incubation. Through darkness and reflection, like sourdough, we will slowly lift, lighter and larger, transforming like a miracle into a loaf of bread or rolls.
The starter is the seed. It’s our essence.
We share some of ourselves with the world like starter is mixed with water and flour and salt.
And our extended selves blossom outside of us. I think that our souls can feel the path of our energy as we gift it and share it, spreading to distances and even dimensions our conscious minds can’t fathom.
Hypnosis, dreaming, journaling, astrology - all of these connect to our unconscious mind (and what is that, if not connected into the ocean of infinity?).
Cards also offer a journey within a journey. First, a pause. Reflection, projection, creation…so much can arise even from a single image/word without a guide book telling you how to interpret it.
